How long should I keep the patch on?
It's recommended that you keep it on at least overnight, applying before you go to bed and removing it in the morning before you shower. If the patches are stored in a refrigerator as recommended, then you can either apply it straight away or at room temperature (leave the patch out for an hour or until room temperature is reached before removing from package).
