Using the Patch
Each injury is different so the number of patches required will vary according to severity. Typically, 5 to 7 patches, applied once per day, is the usual number for acute injuries. For more chronic pain and injuries, 2 or more sets of the sports injury patches may be needed.
Each patch is individually vacuum-sealed to maintain the freshness and strength of the herbs. Each patch conveniently sized at approximately 4" x 6" inches (If a larger size is required, you can use a 2nd piece consecutively. Alternatively, the patch can be cut into smaller pieces, e.g. for finger injuries)
Keep the unused patches in a refrigerator.
People who use the patch find that exercise or physical therapy may help to maintain the health and strength of the muscle or limb. However, we advise you to first seek the advice of your doctor to make sure that you are capable of physical exercise when using the patches.

Importance of Prevention and Exercise
Many injuries, usually of the more chronic nature, result from letting a small injury go without being looked at.
